Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 4EVA Music Scores (“Music Scores”, “we”, or “us”) handles information when you use the app and the web version at 4eva.music.
Information we process
- Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile information received from a sign-in provider you choose.
- Your score library: uploaded PDF scores and the titles, artists, composers, descriptions, notes, links, tags, and video references you add.
- Technical information: service logs and security information such as IP address, device/browser details, request time, and error information may be processed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, store and synchronize your score library, provide app features, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information or use your score library for advertising.
Service providers and sign-in partners
We use Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and server functions. If you choose Google, Apple, or Twitch sign-in, that provider processes the sign-in request under its own privacy policy and sends us the information needed to identify your account. Links or videos you add may open third-party services that have their own policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain your account and score library while your account is active. You can permanently delete the account and associated app data from Settings in Music Scores. You can also use our account deletion page if you cannot access the app. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your device and account credentials protected.
Children
Music Scores is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may review and change content in the app, sign out, or delete your account. For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@4eva.music.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
